Peter was awesome. Quick, left the place perfectly clean, and he even found a place for the poor stuck-in-our-wall kitten to go after rescuing her! It all started with a rat that unfortunately decided to have my car's radiator hose for dinner. By sheer luck, I decided to pop my hood to check for fluid levels before leaving. Fortunately, Robert came through and inspected all points of entry in the garage and sealing up all potential access. Robert also performed a thorough house inspection and fabricated a brand new crawlspace entry door along with mesh screening several smaller areas throughout. The level of effort most def can't go unnoticed. Super happy customer.
What a fantastic experience it has been working with this company! I have had a family of opossums here at my house who were getting into things, and I also started seeing rodent droppings. I’m a huge animal lover and did not want to kill them, but didn’t know what to do. From the first moment I spoke with Iris on the phone, I knew this was the company for me. I have the highest praise for Pablo, Brandon, Luis R. and Connor, who came to my home and sealed up my house and are getting rid of the rats. We also just trapped the second possum this morning. He is in a humane cage right now and they are coming later to release him next to the one that they trapped and released yesterday because I know they are a family. We had a nest of skunks beneath the house. And a raccoon. A contentious one. Need I draw you a picture? It quickly became necessary to alert visitors to the house, "Yes, we're aware the place smells like skunk. But we're working on it." And by "we" I mean Conner at All Star Animal Control. I had looked up the incredibly labor-intensive way of dealing with the situation and wondered, frankly, how is THAT going to happen? And then Connor made it happen. One way doors. Traps for the lollygaggers. (Sidebar: none of the wee beasties were killed.) By the time it was finished he had actually rebuilt the access to beneath the house so it was secure. The situation was handled in an efficient and professional manner and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Peter and Joel were amazing! Went above and beyond effort level to help us solve our problem. They have passion and really care about what they do and shared a lot of helpful knowledge. Excited to move forward with a plan to successfully treat our problem and I will definitely review again one our process is complete.
